Yellow Wagtail - Motacilla Flava
In this case represented by the Balkans species Feldegg. See my post 74. There are a dozen or more races of this species with differing head patterns. I think this black capped variety is quite handsome. I will post up some different races as I see them as there is always the chance that some of these differing birds will be declared new species as with some of the complicated gulls.
As promised above some other better shots, Flava and Thunbergii representing the other two races with differing head patterns (April 2013).
